Week 4 · Tue Sep 8 · live at redoak.wayfindercapital.co · weekly team check-in Tuesdays
Runway to ads-on. Day 30 target was the week of Sep 15; with the landing page and tracking starting this week and counsel not yet back, that date is at risk. The commitment is Oct 1 (Day 45). Ads flip on only when the catcher works end to end — the five gate items at the bottom.

Week 3Aug 31–Sep 6Dialer live · deck to v9
Outreach started; deck rebuilt; funnel not yet wired
- Dialer live — contacts imported, cadences set verify notes → Close
- Meta campaign built
- Canvas deck rebuilt: 19-page question spine, brand v3, then v9 with Tom's first feedback
- Finalise Canvas creative this weekZach
- Landing page finished + live (canvas.redoakvc.com) → Week 4Alex
- Tracking end to end (click → booking → wire → Meta) → Week 4Alex
- Data layer (Supabase + Worker + Vercel) cutReplaced by Close as the system of record, Zapier for the Meta handoff, and a saved Close view as the scoreboard. Lovable stays for pages. Vercel stays only to host this dashboard.

Week 5Sep 14–20Switch on the catcher, test
Compliance clears, automations on, end-to-end test; ads on only if it passes
- Apply counsel's corrections across deck + emails + landing pageAlex
- Speed-to-lead ON: opt-in → instant text → dial cadenceAlex
- End-to-end test — one real lead, timed (first contact ≤ 15 min)Alex / Tom
- Scoreboard v1 live as a saved Close view; Clarity on the landing pageAlex
- Test passes → Canvas ads ON — broad structure, ~$500/day floorAlex / Zach
Week 6Sep 21–Oct 1🚀 Buffer to the Oct 1 commitment
If anything slips, it lands here. Ads on no later than Oct 1
- Watch + adjust; first funnel review on real dataAll
🚦 Launch gate — all five true to flip ads on
- Disclosure language cleared (FBFK)
- Landing page live (canvas.redoakvc.com, Close form embedded) in build
- Booking path live (cal.com — Tom on ✓, David this week)
- Speed-to-lead live (opt-in → instant SMS → dial cadence) needs A2P
- Tracking live (click → booking → wire → Meta)
⚠️ Watch: two things decide the date now. The landing page and tracking are both Alex's this week, and FBFK has not returned the deck. If either runs long, launch slides toward Oct 1, which is what the Day 30 / Day 45 split is for.
💰 Pressure valve: the dialer is live on the warm list. Tom can be booking and closing before ads ever turn on, so the first wire does not wait on launch.
Glossary. A2P 10DLC: carrier registration for business texting from a standard 10-digit number; without it, texts get filtered. Meta CAPI: Meta's server-side conversions feed, so a booked call or a wire counts as a conversion in Ads Manager. Speed-to-lead: the automation that texts a new lead within minutes and queues the call. Catcher: everything that happens after someone clicks an ad.
Week of Sep 7 — building the landing page and tracking. The dialer is live on the warm list, the Meta campaign is built, and the Canvas deck is at version 9 with Tom and David's first feedback in. This week Alex builds the Canvas landing page and wires tracking end to end; Zach finalises creative. Next week is the end-to-end test, and ads turn on when it passes, no later than Oct 1.
